This request is <br />consistent with the Pheasant Marsh preliminary plat approval granted by City Council <br />December 13, 2000. These requirements are needed prior to phase one final plat approval. <br /> <br />It is Ground Development's understanding that the expense associated with preparing and <br />obtaining these approvals will be paid by the developer. Ground Development would like the City <br />to consider an escrow amount in the sum of $2,500.00. Dean Johnson of Resource Management, <br />your consultant, estimates consulting fees and expenses of $1,600.00 to $2,000.00. Mr. <br />Johnson indicated a similar project completed for Centerville last year was billed just under <br />$1,700.00. <br /> <br />Enclosed you will find a copy of our engineers sketch and description as you had requested in our <br />meeting February 5th.
