As we discussed earlier, services would include preparation of building and site design guidelines for a 15 acre commercial property and the traditional downtown area and preparation of design concepts for downtown streetscapes. The proposal includes information our firm, staff members, hourly rates, related experience, a description of the tentative scope of work for your project and a fee estimate. The scope of work is intended to provide you with an indication of the tasks and process that might be used on your project. We would like to meet with you to refine the scope and then prepare a refined fee proposal. The estimated fee is based on similar projects that we have completed for other communities.
