Mr. Travis stated that this would be an excellent idea, however, <br />o 1 pr al still needed to be made. <br /> <br />apra requested that she felt ill-prepared for meetings when handouts are presented <br />the meeting, leaving little time to be informed on a topic. Mr. March stated that as a <br />general rule, the items presented at council are for informational purposes and the need to <br />receive same in a timely manner weighed more than inclusion in the next packet. <br />Consensus was that information that would not pertain to Council consideration be <br />clearly marked as FYI. <br />
