Expand the comp plan to include the up coming commercial gateway to <br />the City. <br />2. Expand the existing tax base. <br />3. Time frame for completion ofprojects such as sidewalks, curbs and street <br />maintenance - Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg summarized Council's goals. <br /> <br />1. Communication goals to achieve an Ad-Hoc Committee <br />2. Need for commercial planning and downtown revitalization <br />3. Recreation - summer programs and skate park <br />4. Roads and traffic <br />5.
