Mr. Baron has removed several vehicles and several piles of <br />construction material. Mr. Baron intends on moving the two campers this weekend and <br />continue with the clean up, weather permitting. <br /> <br />Mr. Baron has made some progress on his lot and the weather has been hampering the <br />progress of the work. Mr. Baron and myself discussed the scope of the clean up and <br />came to the agreement that all the work could easily be completed by June 1st. This <br />would give Mr. Baron enough time, including bad weather to complete all the items <br />outlined in the notice sent to him on November 13,2000. <br /> <br />I would recommend that the City Council grant Mr. Baron a twenty-week extension from <br />the original dead line due to the winter conditions and that Mr. Baron has made some <br />progress on the work. <br />
