Building <br />OfficiaVPublic Works Director Paul Palzer and I recommend that the vacancy be offered <br />to the next runner-up from the previous interview round. <br /> <br />The name of the candidate is Joel McPherson. At the time this annotation was written, <br />we were unable to reach Mr. McPherson to see ifhe still had an interest in a position with <br />the City.
