Sick leave may be granted for both fir~ and non-fire <br />related illnesses or injuries up to 90 days. A review <br />will be conducted at the end of each 90 day period by <br />the officers of the Department to determine the <br />advisability of continuing the leave or transferring <br />the individual to the Inactive Reserve. It shall be <br />t.he fire fighter's responsibility to show cause why <br />he/she should not be transferred at the end of each 90- <br />day period.
