Her parents were unavailable to speak with. I tol~ <br />. that I was calling regarding the dog bite. I asked if both dogs left the property or simply <br />just one. __stated both dogs began running towards the crowd or children but the <br />dogovvner was able to grab one of the dogs ("Nakira" never left the property). Therefore, <br />only one dog left the property. I again confrrmed that with_ <br /> <br />Dog owner also gained control of the dog that did leave the property ("Dakota") after the <br />bite occurred, as mentioned in a previous supplement. <br /> <br />This supplement clarifies discrepancies in statements previously given b)--,and <br />Sandra. <br /> <br />Based on the most recent statement given by _ and Sandra's account of the <br />incident, Dakota was at large and N akita was not at large. <br /> <br />~-f~ <br /> <br />CSO Miller / badge 300 <br />
