Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District Expenses <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney. seconded by Council Member Nelson <br />to approve the Centennial Fire District expenditures. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Interconnect Final Payment <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney. seconded by Council Member Vickers <br />to approve the Interconnect Final Payment in the amount of $2.160.09. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Hunter's Crossing Plat Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Hoeft noted he received correspondence from Registered Abstracters who <br />have been working with Mr. Carlson on Hunter's Crossing. He indicated the <br />legal description was called or described off a centerline of a ditch on the northern <br />portion of the plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoeft stated that if the ditch shifts, raise; or lowers in depth, the plat would <br />then change in width. He indicated the City owns the property adjacent to the <br />ditch. Mr. Hoeft explained that Council needi~d to approve a legal description by <br /> <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
