PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />The City of Centerville July 13 through July 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Sweeney. seconded by Council Member Vickers <br />to approve the expenditures for the City from July 13.2000. through July 26. <br />2000. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District Expenses <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney. seconded by Council Member Nelson <br />to approve the Centennial Fire District expenditures. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Interconnect Final Payment <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney. seconded by Council Member Vickers <br />to approve the Interconnect Final Payment in the amount of $2.160.09. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were added to the agenda: <br /> <br />· Rob Sheppard, DCS Properties Sign Appr'JVal under Appearances/Awards <br />· Hunter's Crossing Plat Discussion under Unfinished Business <br />· Bid Award for Hunter's Crossing under U llfinished Business <br />· Sign Approval for Rob Sheppard under Nl:W Business <br />· Approval of closing Meadow Circle on August 1,2000, for a Neighborhood <br />Party under New Business <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Travis. secomled by Council Member Nelson to <br />approve the agenda with the noted additi{] ns. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />VII. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS - None. <br /> <br />VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Hunter's Crossing Plat Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Hoeft noted he received correspondence from Registered Abstracters who <br />have been working with Mr. Carlson on Hunter's Crossing. He indicated the <br />legal description was called or described off a centerline of a ditch on the northern <br />portion of the plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoeft stated that if the ditch shifts, raise; or lowers in depth, the plat would <br />then change in width. He indicated the City owns the property adjacent to the <br />ditch. Mr. Hoeft explained that Council needi~d to approve a legal description by <br /> <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
