This budget was discussed and agreed upon at the July 13,2000 Joint Police <br />Commission meeting and took into consideration the June 22, 2000 Tri-cities joint <br />CounciVCommission deliberations. Additionally, please find an attachment showing the <br />Tri-City funding formula with percentages for this budget. <br /> <br />The Centennial Lakes Joint Police Commission would like you to note the following <br />regarding this budget: <br /> <br />. Salary increases reflect the proposed union contract utilizing our present 16 full-time <br />sworn officer strength. <br />. Grants already approved from the Federal Government and Anoka County for <br />additional officers and an additional CSO were declined, <br />. The Centennial Lakes Joint Police Commission is committed to moving forward in <br />their planning and strategy and to that end has left a small amount offunds in this <br />budget for capital improvement. <br />
