The owner or <br />the dog is Sandy Sue Salazar D.O.B. 04/25/63 of7336 Old Mill Road, telephone # (651) <br />762-8323. Work telephone # (763) 355-2095. <br /> <br />Salazar told me she was aware that her dog had bitten a child. Salazar told me <br />that the dog was tied to a steak in the ground, but had pulled the steak from the ground. <br />~~ ~ <br />The dog's name is Dakota.. Dakota is an 8-month-old~erman Shepherd breed. <br />Dakota has NOT had a vaccination for rabies. Dakota does NOT have a dog license for <br />the city of Centerville. <br /> <br />I Explained to Salazar that Dakota would have to be quarantined for a period of <br />10 days. Salazar told me that she had aiready spoke with her...veterinarian and that he had <br />aiso advised her of that.
