So much so, that the plants we started <br />from seeds or plugs this spring have become non-saleable due to the exposure. <br /> <br />At this time, I would like to make a formal request for the City Council to <br />approve the installation of a well on our property, located at 2030 Main Street. <br />The water from this well will be used for the growth and maintenance of plant <br />material only.
