<br />What would these 7 people do? <br /> <br />I have enclosed a sketch outlining what each member of the committee would be <br />responsible for. I am confident that some if not all of these members would need <br />several people working with them to accomplish these items in a timely manner. <br />This outline may need to be adjusted, I was not directly involved in all of these <br />areas of the 2000 Fete des Lacs and do not have a firm grasp of what it takes to <br />put on some of these events. <br /> <br />1. Parade, Main Stage <br /> <br />2. Carnival, VIP Night, fireworks <br /> <br />3. Donations, sponsorship, legalities, Raffle <br /> <br />4. Advertising, Volunteers, Coordinate W/ Lions & other <br />local groups <br /> <br />5. Street Dance, Teen dance, Craft Fair/Business Exposition <br /> <br />6. Parking, First Aid, security, Set-up, Clean-up, placement of events, tents, <br />RR, Trash, electrical <br /> <br />7. Softball Tournament <br /> <br />Each committee member would be required to submit the following information in <br />a timely manner to the rest of the committee: <br /> <br />. Preliminary budget <br />. Concerns that the operations crew or security crew needs to know about. <br />. Plan of how their event would be laid out <br />. Number of volunteers they will need <br />. Final budget <br />. Advertising requirements and highlights <br /> <br />These are only guidelines to show what each committee member will be <br />responsible for. As I have said all along, we will need to have some sub- <br />committees under these seven members. It will be the responsibility of the <br />committee member to handle securing a sub-committee if necessary and <br />handling meetings of the sub-committee. <br />
