(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />19 September 2000 <br /> <br />To: Mr. Stan Hasiak <br />6994 Centerville Road <br />Centerville MN 55110 <br /> <br />Re: Detached Pole Shed Alterations <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Hasiak: <br /> <br />This letter is a follow-up to the stop work order issued on the 15th of September for the <br />interior and exterior alterations to the detached pole shed. The building is a non-conforming <br />structure and as such may not be expanded or its use extended or intensified per Ordinance #4, <br />subdivision 30. <br /> <br />This letter serves notice that the interior electrical, insulation drywall, heating, plumbing and <br />the exterior framing which was started without a building permit must be removed by 30 <br />November 2000. <br /> <br />You have 30 days to appeal this order in writing to the City subject to the requirements in <br />Ordinance #4. The appeal should include a statement of the specific order protested and any <br />materials of facts to support the claim. The appeal snould descrloe the relief sought and the <br />reasons why it is claimed the protest order should be reversed, modified or otherwise set aside. <br />Failure to appeal this order shall constitute a waiver of the right to an administrative hearing and <br />adjudication of the notice and order or to any portion thereof. <br /> <br />A building permit is required prior to the removal of any portion of the building which can be <br />obtained from City Hall during regular business hours. <br /> <br /> <br />Paul P <br /> <br />CC: Jim March, City Administrator <br />Jim Hoeft, City Attorney <br />City Council <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />
