<br />\~ <br /> <br />lV1L1VIO... . <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br /> <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, Clerk/Treasurer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Resolution 00-26 <br /> <br />DATE: October 17,2000 <br /> <br />It has been brought to the City's attention that Special Assessments for the Parkview <br />Development were not removed from PIN #R23-31-22-31-0053 (6992 Meadow Circle) <br />on Anoka County's records following Burnett Title's payment in March of 1999 and are <br />showing on the property owner's statement of property tax payable in 2000. <br /> <br />Attached, please find Resolution 00-25 (Abatement of Special Assessments) and the <br />appropriate paperwork needed to rectify this error with Anoka County Property Tax <br />Division. <br /> <br />The current property owners have paid 2000 Special Assessments in the amount of <br />$1.846.4 7 and request to be reimbursed same. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />
