The financial cost of this Met Council program is met by our <br />levy that is collected by the Anoka County HRA. Communities that do not support the <br />livable communities act are not eligible for grant funds from the Met Council. <br />Centerville has been a supporter of the livable communities act since the program was <br />adopted. <br />
