We will evaluate the offer after one year. <br />o Sell the membership directly to your residents at the Community Center <br />with proof of residency in the form of a Minnesota driver's license. <br /> <br />The City of Centerville will: <br />o Provide us a list of publication deadlines and distribution dates for the <br />next year. <br />o Publish the exact notice that we provide in a 4" x 4" size in each of your <br />publications for a period of one year. <br />o Fax a copy of the notice as it appears on the page before you print and a <br />copy of the entire document after it is printed. <br /> <br />Weare happy to offer the residents of Centerville a discount on memberships to the <br />ShorC'''iew Community Center. Please sign and return the enclosed form by December 1, <br />2000.
