As you may recall, Mr. ~oiak <br />was one of the residents that had protested his proposed assessments in conjunction with <br />the Hunter's Crossing subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Woiak has since stopped in to City Hall and paid for his proposed assessment. Mr. <br />Woiak indicated that he would not be contesting his assessment, however he feels that it <br />is unfair that he had to pay to clean his sewer line when the problem was not with the line <br />in his property, but with the line in the City right-of-way. Mr.Woaik is asking for <br />reimbursement for this sewer cleaning in the amount of$630.50. <br />
