Comments have been <br />received from some individuals suggesting that this subdivision be delayed. The <br />preliminary plat is scheduled for the Planning and Zoning Committee on November 14th. <br /> <br />I would suggest that City Attorney Jim Hoeft discuss the reasons, rationale, etc. for a <br />moratorium. I will also attempt to gather some input from the school district <br />administration on this issue. <br />
