The appraisal is still being worked on for the vacant <br />agricultural property owned by the Church of St. Genevieve. <br /> <br />Also included is a budgetary analysis for the home values of the three remaining single <br />family homes on the old public works block. As we previously discussed, the City would <br />have to pay relocation expenses for any of the homes that the City purchases. An <br />estimate for relocation services is also included in your packets from Wilson <br />Development Services. <br />
