Snowmobilinq shall be prohibited atter 11:00 PM and <br />before 8:00 AM sunday through Thursday, and between the <br />hours of 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. <br /> <br />This provision 18 not intended to prohibit snowmobiles <br />trom entering or leavinq the City of Lino Lakes during <br />the above hours, providinq that the oPQrator of a <br />snowmobile utilized the most direct route of travel to <br />and from the operators residence or destination. <br /> <br />12. Such operation is not permittQd within fifteen (15) <br />feet of any publio sidewalk, walkway or trail. <br /> <br />~3. Such operation is not permitted when such ditch or <br />outside bank is within the riqht-ot-way of any <br />interstate h1qhway or freeway. <br /> <br />A snowmQbile may make a di~ect crossinQ of a stree~ or <br />hia~~ay provided: <br /> <br />1. The crossing is made at an angle of appro~imately <br />ninety (90) 4egrees to the direction at the street or <br />highway and at a plaoe where no obstruction prevents a <br />quiCk and sate crossinq. <br /> <br />2. The sno~obile is brought to a complete stop before <br />oroQsing the shoulder or main traveled way of the <br />highway. <br /> <br />3. The driver yields the right of way to all oncoming <br />tratfic which constitutes an immediate ha2ard. <br /> <br />4. In crOSSing a divided street or hiqhway, the crossing <br />is made only at an intersection of such street or <br />highway with another publio street or highway. <br /> <br />5. If the crossing is made ~.tween the hours of one-half <br />(1{2) hour after sunset to one-half (1/2) hour before <br />sunrise or in conditions of reduced visibility, only it <br />both front and rear l1qhts are on. <br /> <br />No snowmobile shall enter any unoontrolled intersection <br />without makinq a complate stop. The operator shall then <br />yield the riqht ot way to any vehicles or pedestrians which <br />constitute any immediate hazard. <br />
