CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />XI. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers stated the Planning and Zoning Commission has been <br />working on re-writing Ordinance #4 (Zoning). Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated the <br />Commission would like to get the changes and information out to the public through articles in <br />the City newsletter and possibly the Quad. The Commission would like to have resident's <br />questions and concerns forwarded to the Commission members. <br /> <br />XII. ADMINISTRA TORS REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. March is working with Elhers on the TIF reports. Elhers is assisting the City in drafting a <br />response to the state auditor requests for allocation, etc. <br /> <br />XIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney. seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to <br />adiourn the January 26. 2000 Council Meetin2 at 7:55 p.m. All in favor.
