Mr. LeBlanc and Ms. Brenner are concerned about the time the current City <br />committees have to work on Design Team ideas, and are proposing the City Council accept their <br />proposal to form a city recognized committee titled" Long Term Planning". The Economic <br />Development Committee is happy to see excitement and dedication by volunteers, but has mixed <br />feelings on duplication of work. <br /> <br />CITY HALL PARKING LOT <br /> <br />The committee agreed the lighting in the City Hall parking lot is inadequate and creates a safety <br />hazard. Ms. Fairbrother will direct this concern to Jim March for further discussion. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion to adiourn at 9:00 p.m. was made by Ms. Dom seconded by Ms. Sheller.
