<br />REVISED DRAFT (12/22/99) <br />YMCA/CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A. FACILITY <br /> <br /> <br />1. The YMCA constructs a facility of approximately 37,000 square feet that includes a <br /> <br /> <br />teen center, gym, indoor pools, running/walking track, cardiovascular/strength <br /> <br /> <br />training area, aerobic studio, family program space and Child Watch. Building design <br /> <br /> <br />will provide for future expansion opportunities. <br /> <br />2. The YMCA site and building plan will adhere to the principles of the Village Master <br />Plan and its development standards. <br /> <br />3. The YMCA will hold responsibility for the design of the facilities listed in A-I, and <br /> <br /> <br />operations and programming within the facility, including the hours of operation. The <br /> <br /> <br />City ofLino Lakes, through its participation on the board of directors and its city staff <br /> <br /> <br />liaisons acting as at-large members on the facilities, finance and programming <br /> <br /> <br />committees, will provide comment regarding the architectural design, site layout, <br /> <br /> <br />landscaping, parking, lighting and signage incorporated within the design standards. <br /> <br />City staff and the YMCA will meet periodically to discuss program offerings and to <br /> <br /> <br />review and plan complementary and joint programming. <br />
