Set backs will be governed by the building codes, to incorporate reduced set backs in the <br />downtown area. <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbine stated the above listed items were good for the downtown, and would like to see a <br />covenant in the ordinance requiring 50-foot lot lines. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />SNOWMOBILE ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Mr. Montain added this agenda item. Mr. Montain shared his feelings about the recent public <br />hearing. Mr. Montain voiced he was not impressed on how the City handled the situation or how <br />the press took hold of it.
