<br />adjacent to the proposed property are splitting the purchase of the property. The <br />Council motioned to approve the lot split enabling the purchase to be recorded at <br />Anoka County. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Council Member <br />Broussard Vickers to approve the Bowen Lot Split. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Cable Resolution <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber questioned the length ofthe contract, and Council Member <br />Sweeney indicated there is currently action being taken within the legislature in <br />regards to franchises. The term of the contract extension be approximately six <br />months. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Council Member Nelson <br />to approve the Cable Resolution as stated. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Quit Claim Deed <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Council Member Travis <br />to approve the Sanitary Sewer easement Quit Claim Deed. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Staff Attire Request <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Vickers, seconded by Council Member Travis to <br />purchase two shirts per year for staff members in addition to havin2 every <br />Friday be a "casual" attire day. Mayor Wilharber - aye, Council Member <br />Travis - aye, Council Member Sweeney - aye, Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers - aye, Council Member Nelson - nay. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Star Dome <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson discussed the possibility of the proposed "Star Dome". <br />Council Member Nelson shared the Centerville City Council had a joint meeting <br />on Saturday March 4th with the Lino Lakes City Council and Anoka County <br />Commissioner Margaret Langfeld and felt positive about the working relationship <br />the City ofCenterville currently has with the City ofLino Lakes. <br /> <br />In addition, a workshop is scheduled for March 22nd at Lino Lakes City Hall, with <br />Michael Vincent, the potential "Star Dome" owner's agent who will present a <br />master concept plan for the dome. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Sweeney <br />to move the March 2rd City Council Meetin2 to March 29tb. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4 <br />
