EASEMENTS Permanent and temporary easements will be necessary along Centerville Road, to install the deep sanitary sewer. The sewer will be installed in the west boulevard from Center Street to the south. A 12-foot wide permanent easement is needed from Larry and Alice Woiak and from Charles Baumann. Temporary construction easements are also needed from these two property owners. Small temporary easements may be necessary to extend service pipes to the right-of-way line for several property owners along Centerville Road (Greenwadt, Henrich, Zerwas). The developer should secure temporary easement' all along the south side of the Hunters Crossing plat, since grading for the trail will encroach on the property to the south. A preliminary assessment roll is included in Appendix B located at the back of this report. Estimated assessments associated with lateral utility costs along Centerville Road will be revised based on final project costs. 1. SANITARY SEWER The lateral cost of sanitary sewer improvements along Centerville Road is proposed to be assessed on a front-foot-basis. Lateral costs are defined as the equivalent cost for extendi.ng 8-inch diameter pipe at normal depths for residential use. The total cost (Part A of Appendix A) minus trunk costs (larger pipe. deeper) equal the lateral cost. 5
