<br />MEMO <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />April 7, 2000 <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Jill Lien <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Motions from Park and Recreation to City Council <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Committee made the following motions at the meeting on <br />April 5th, to be placed on the next City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Navin, seconded by Mr. LeBlanc to recommend to City <br />Council to permit the YMCA's request to offer extended hours site and bus <br />pick-up location at Laurie LaMotte Park. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Navin. seconded by Mr. Porter to recommend to City Council <br />to approve the YMCA's request to offer morninl: and afternoon summer <br />sessions at Laurie LaMotte Park. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Navin. seconded by Mr. Larson to recommend to City Council <br />to accept the donation of the ball field lights/poles from Mr. Rich DeFoe. at <br />relocation cost of approximately $3000 to be deducted from the Park and <br />Recreation's General Fund. with a final installation date to be determined at a <br />later date. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />
