Single-family, detached, dwellings at a density not exceeding one (1) <br />home per ten (10) acres; and <br /> <br />B. Residential accessory uses and home occupations; and <br /> <br />C. Crop production and vegetable gardening; and <br /> <br />D. Produce stands for products raised on the premises; and <br /> <br />E. Tree nurseries and sod farms; and <br /> <br />F. Horses, livestock and fowl, not exceeding a density of one (1) horse or <br />livestock animal per acre or three (3) fowl per acre. <br /> <br />Special Requirements <br />Agricultural uses are permitted in the R-1 District subject to the following requirements: <br /> <br />A. Feed lots, runs, pens and similar intensively used facilities for animal <br />raising and care shall not be located within three hundred (300) feet of <br />a neighboring property; and <br /> <br />B. Accessory farm buildings shall not be erected within one hundred <br />(100) feet of a neighboring property. <br /> <br />Section 080-050: High Density, Single-Family, Residential (R-2A). <br /> <br />Purpose <br />It is intended that the R-2A District provide for higher density single family detached, <br />attached and multiple dwelling opportunities in areas where public utilities are available and <br />required for service. The design and circulation of new residential areas are also intended <br />to be complimentary with and enhance the community's small town atmosphere. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses and Structures <br /> <br />A. Single-family, detached dwellings. <br /> <br />B. Single-family, attached dwellings with more than four (4) dwelling units per <br />building. <br /> <br />C.
