<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City
<br />Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota will
<br />meet on Wednesday, May la, 2000 at the
<br />Centervllle City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in the
<br />Council Chambers beginning at 6.00 p.m. or
<br />shortly thereafter to conduct a public hearing on
<br />public improvement assessments for the prop-
<br />erties identified as follows:

<br />The assessment roll Is on file lor public
<br />Inspection at the City Clerk's Office. The total
<br />proposed assessments $153,376.00. Written
<br />comments will be, considered at the meeling.
<br />No appeal may be taken 8S 10 the amount 01
<br />the assessment unless a signed, written objec-
<br />tion is filed with the City Clerk or Mayor prior 10
<br />the end of the hearing. The City Council may
<br />n such notice consider any objection to the
<br />unl of a proposed individual assessment at
<br />djourned meeting upon such further notice
<br />to the affected property owners as deems
<br />advisable.
<br />An owner may appeal an assessment to
<br />district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
<br />Section 429.081 by serving nolice of the appeal
<br />upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City of
<br />Cenlervilie wilhin 30 days after the adoption of
<br />the assessment and filing such notice with the
<br />district court within ten days after service upon
<br />the Mayor or City Clerk.
<br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests
<br />for hearing assisted devices or a sign language
<br />Interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m.
<br />April 28, 2000. All persons interested are invited
<br />to attend and to be heard, orally or in writing.
