Pa:<.(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOn <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1#07-005 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DEDICATING CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />FOR PROJECT PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Centerville is the official governing body of <br />the City of Centerville <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the reconstruction of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 14 (Main Street) from I-35W to I-3SE East Ramps, are designated as <br />Anoka County Project No. S.P. 02-614-24; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Project require the use of various lands <br />for the project; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is the owner of certain parcels described in Exhibit "A R attached <br />hereto, which parcels are required for the Project improvements: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE: <br /> <br />1. That said parcels described in Exhibit " A" are hereby dedicated to be used for the <br />purposes of the Project as set forth in the plans and specifications. <br /> <br />2.
