<br />shall instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an <br />acceptable level of quality control to the extent that the Developer's engineer will be able <br />to certify that the construction work for the Public and Private Improvements is in <br />accordance with the Plans and specifications approved by the City. The Developer, its <br />contractors and subcontractors, shall follow all reasonable instructions received from the <br />City's inspectors. Within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Public and Private <br />Improvements and before the Security is released, the Developer shall supply the City <br />with a complete set of reproducible "as constructed" plans, and two complete .sets of blue <br />line "as constructed" plans, all prepared in accordance with City standards in electronic <br />format. The Surveyor shall provide a ole.dxf, AutoCAD.dwg, Microstation.dgn, or <br />Arc View shp file with the information that was for the Plat on compact disk. Before the <br />Security and the Security for Public and Private Improvements are released in total, iron <br />monUments must be installed in accordance with Minn. Stat. ~ 505.02 and the foregoing <br />compact disk provided. The Developer's surveyor shall submit a written notice to the <br />City certifying that the monuments have been installed. <br />9. Ownership of Utilities and Streets. The private streets and utilities <br />serving the Property shall be the property of the owner(s) of the Property and the City <br />shall have no responsibility for the maintenance or repair thereof. The owner(s) of the <br />Property shall be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all. the streets, sanitary <br />sewer, water systems and other private utilities on the Property. <br />10.
