P~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ##07.-7 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer has provided a feasibility study with regard to the <br />improvement of Fairveiw Street between 20th Avenue and a point approximately 800 feet <br />east of 20th Avenue by construction of paving, curb and related drainage improvements; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, adjoining property owners have requested that the improvement be <br />completed as soon as possible and have executed Special Assessment Agreements <br />accepting all of the costs associated with the improvement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council hereby orders the improvement as proposed in such feasibility study <br />at an estimated cost of $282,673. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Mark Statz ofBonestroo and Associates is hereby designated as Engineer for <br />the improvement.
