<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING AND ZONING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 97-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CENTERVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING THE TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. I- <br />S, WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1, CONFORMS TO THE GENERAL PLANS <br />FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City ofCenterville (the"City") has proposed to adopt a Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-5 (the "Plan") and has <br />submitted the Plan to the Centerville Planning Commission (the "Commission") pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plan to determine its consistency with the general <br />plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as described in the comprehensive plan <br />for the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the commission that the Plan is consistent with the <br />general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted this 5 day of August, 1997. <br /> <br />r{a,tJLlu1'1 WL <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~t ~i1JI~ <br />Ry- el Gaustad, City Clerk <br />
