PUBLIC HEARING: CONSIDERATION TO GRANT VARIANCE <br />Mr. Richard Tuomi (Odyssey Lures, Inc.) has requested a parking setback <br />variance on Industrial Park, Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> <br />* Notice of the meeting was duly exercised, and mailed per Minnesota State Statute. <br /> <br />IV ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Dan Tourville's Resignation <br />Acceptance of Dan Tourville's verbal resignation <br /> <br />B. Elect Chairperson - by ballot <br />Chairperson will be elected by secret ballot. Each member will cast a vote and <br />the Chairperson will be determined by majority vote. <br /> <br />C. Variance Request <br />commission to make recommendation to approve or deny Tuomi variance request. <br /> <br />D. Pawn Shop Ordinance <br />Requested updates have been incorporated into the Pawn Shop Ordinance. <br />After your review, if further additions/corrections are needed, contact me at City <br />Hall (429-3232). The goal is to endorse the Pawn Shop Ordinance and make <br />recommendation to the City Council for their approval on August 13th. <br />
