Mr. Stoltzman attended a Police Commission <br />meeting and felt everyone was not on the same page in terms on a plan. <br />Page 4, Paragraph 9 change Commissioner to Councilmember Lakso <br />Page 7, last sentence add word commercial to park dedication fees <br />Page 9, Item 7 under motion: change to the petitioners would pay for costs even if <br />the project did not go through. <br />Page 11, add to first sentence under aerial photos - La to Company. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso. seconded by Council Member Paar. to table the <br />February 14. 2007 City Council Meetine: Minutes. Ordinance #17 Second Series - 2007 Fee Schedule <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated the fee schedule had been submitted for consideration. <br />He said discussion occurred about commercial park dedication fees and if they were <br />comparable to surrounding communities. He stated Centerville is lower than some <br />communities, however, when these fees are raised it becomes a point of contention for <br />commercial development. He mentioned there is often a lot of press when fees are high <br />and cautioned Council that it could have an impact on development in the community. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard stated some communities base their fees on the per acre value <br />of the property. She pointed out that others use ten percent of the market value ofthe <br />land. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked if the fee schedule could be adjusted at any time. <br /> <br />Page 2 of9 <br /> <br />) <br />
