Name New Park - "Hidden Spring Park" <br />5. Retaining Attorney Robert Oelke as Legal Counsel for Downtown <br />Redevelopment. <br />6. Retaining Ehlers & Associates as Consultant, Representative Jerry Shannon and <br />Mark Ruff for Downtown Redevelopment. <br />7. Sager's Bar and Grill Request for 2:00 A.M. Closing Renewal. <br />8. Parks and Recreation Recommendation to Deny Bald Eagle Water Ski Clubs Use <br />of 1601 LaMotte Drive for Viewing/Staging Area for their Ski Shows <br />9. Use of City Logo for City Parades. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra pulled item 4C for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Parr, seconded by Council Member Lakso. to approve <br />the Consent Agenda with the exception to Item 4C.
