Second Addition <br /> <br />The following language. was added to the Hunters Crossing, Second Addition Developer's <br />Agreement: <br /> <br />The developer will construct a concrete sidewalk on the north side of Dupre Road from <br />Centerville Road to Beaver Pond Way. The walk will be 750' long and 5' wide. <br /> <br />The developer will construct a bituminous trail along the west side of the Hunters Crossing <br />1st Addition (within the St. Paul Water Utility easement) and between Lot 8, Block 1 and <br />Lot 1, Block 5. The trail will be 1,000' long and 10' wide. <br /> <br />All sidewalks and trail ways will be constructed to the City of Centerville's standards. <br />
