As the Outdoor Ice <br />Coordinator, I will take care of the initial scheduling of the rinks for outdoor practices <br />and scrimmages. I will pass that information on to you, as well as the final coaches <br />list, once the scheduling is complete. The scheduling should be completed by mid <br />December. Also, the coaches/parents will once again be asked to help shovel the <br />ice surface before and/or after using it. <br /> <br />If at all possible, we would like to extend the time available for CYHA, allowing <br />whole sheets of ice for both hours. At a minimum, we would like to reserve the <br />same hours at LaMotte Park for the 2003-2004 season, as we did in 2002-2003. <br />Any additional ice time CYHA can schedule would be much appreciated. The days <br />and times from the 2002-2003 season are as follows: <br /> <br />Rink <br /> <br />Days of the Week Time <br /> <br />LaMotte Park <br /> <br />Mondays - Thursdays 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. <br />(half sheet ice) <br /> <br />8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. <br />(whole sheet ice) <br /> <br />Please inform me as soon as possible, if there are any changes to this <br />procedure and/or the schedule above.
