The Committee regularly meets the first (1st) Wednesday of every <br />month at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers unless otherwise informed. Packets are <br />generally completed the Friday before the meeting and placed in the City Hall vestibule <br />for your pick-up prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />We request to receive your e-mail address due to the fact that we e-mail minutes and etc. <br />on a regular basis. We would like to ascertain your permission to publish your address, <br />home telephone number and e-mail address in our business directory, newsletters, and the <br />web page. <br /> <br />The Commission does receive a stipend of $20/meeting/month for attendance.
