In this spirit, we are <br />happy to make this contribution for your bicycle racks. <br />In your letter dated Feb. 25th. You stated that Dead broke denied your request do to a <br />direct donation to the city. This is not correct. We denied your request do to the lack of <br />funds. (No Money) The donations we ma-lee to others are subject to approval by the State <br />Minnesota Gambling control board. Form LGIOIO is the form that our club uses to guide <br />us through our lawful purpose expenditures. (Available through the web @ <br />www.gcb.state.mn.us ) The city of Centerville also has its own guidelines for charitable <br />gambling expenditures witch we must adhere to. <br />We hope this donation helps the community of Centerville. <br />Much success with your project. <br /> <br />Regards, <br /> <br />C-L "'~".
