Council was <br />informed at the January 22, 2003 City Council Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee's intention to invite residents to the February meeting for input on the <br />proposed changes to the park. <br /> <br />Fee Schedule I Park Dedication Fees <br /> <br />The City Council approved the following changes to the fee schedule: <br /> <br />Removed 'trail dedications" from under Park Dedication Fees making it <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Park Dedication Fees - per dwelling unit <br /> <br />$3,000.00 or <br />100/0 of the fair market value, whichever is greater or <br />100/0 of developable land <br /> <br />A motion was made and approved to contain language in the <br />developer's agreement for Hunters Crossing 2nd addition to increase <br />Park Dedication Fees by $500.00 for that portion of the developable <br />land in the MUSA for 2006 and $1,000.00 for that portion in MUSA for <br />2011. <br />
