Also for allowing us time to review the <br />proposed plans. After discussion at our February 5th meeting, the Park and Recreation <br />Committee would like to inquire about the possibility of incorporating a tennis court into <br />your plans. We would like to see a full size court and the court needs to run North and <br />South to alleviate sun in the eyes while playing during dusk and dawn. The cost of the <br />tennis court would be deducted from the total park dedication fees owed. Also the Park <br />and Recreation Committee would like to see a trail from Centerville Road west (running <br />on the north side of the street) to Beaver Pond Way, and North (along the west side ofthe <br />street) to meet in with the existing county trail.
