However, we wish to point out that actual expenditures are subject to verification by <br />an independent state audit. For that reason, you must retain all project records for a period of <br />at least six years after the date of this letter. <br /> <br />In conclusion, we remind you that the components completed under the terms of this <br />project must be retained by the project sponsor and used for public outdoor recreation. No <br />portion of this project site can be changed without the prior written approval of the Local <br />Grants Unit.
