Please consider
this correspondence official notice that all the necessary final documentation has been
received and found acceptable.

We have reviewed and find satisfactory all project expenditure documentation you have
provided. However, we wish to point out that actual expenditures are subject to verification by
an independent state audit. For that reason, you must retain all project records for a period of
at least six years after the date of this letter.

In conclusion, we remind you that the components completed under the terms of this
project must be retained by the project sponsor and used for public outdoor recreation. No
portion of this project site can be changed without the prior written approval of the Local
Grants Unit. To better insure compliance with this conversion policy, the park is subject to an
onsite inspection by the State of Minnesota at any time.

Sincerely,

//} ~.,.
<d:dtLl'!lda'td

~~drey Mularie, Grants Manager
Local Grants Program
(651) 296-4705

DNR Information: 651-296-6157 . 1-888-646-6367 .
