<br />Council Member Broussard Vickers noted the fees are scheduled to go up to $3,000 per <br />lot for 2003. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated she would be asking for justification for that as other <br />cities fees are significantly lower. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft recommended reconsidering the motion to indicate that Council now <br />wishes to accept land and money. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra. seconded by Council Member Travis to <br />reconsider the motion to accept park dedication fees in lieu of property. Adoption of the 2003 Budget and Levy <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg opened the public hearing at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Paulseth indicated a public hearing is required but no notice is required. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg requested that line items be added under capital projects to include the <br />21 st Avenue proj ect, Mound Trail, and the Police item. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Travis to close the public hearing. An in favor.
