Special Meeting Minutes of Planning & Zoning Commission <br />March 21, 2007, 6:15 p.m. at City Hall. <br /> <br />Present were Chairman Brian Hanson, Commissioners Mark Pangell, D. Love, Jennifer <br />Klennert-Hunt, and Tom Wood. Absent were Commissioners Bob Wright and Ben <br />Fehrenbacher. The special meeting was set to consider the site plan for B&R Properties, <br />tabled at the March 6, 2007 meeting. <br /> <br />The Commission continued review of a site plan for B&R Properties for an addition of <br />11,245 square feet. Eric Stone of Stone Construction, who will build the addition, was <br />present to discuss the project. Additional drawings supplied indicated the ability to <br />provide the required parking. A landscaping plan was also provided. A motion was <br />made to recommend approval of the project with the understanding that sufficient paved <br />parking spaces must be provided to accommodate the uses in the building. The motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Wood, all present voted in favor of the motion.
