I), we know that this winter hockey season is also
ending. On behalf of the players, coaches, parents and Centennial Youth Hockey
Association (CYHA), I would like to warmly and graciously thank you for allowing us
to use your Centerville ice rink at LaMotte Park for the 2003-2004 outdoor ice
season.

We truly appreciate the support you have given our hockey program and the youth
involved. Personally, it has been a pleasure working with you in conjunction with
CYHA. You certainly make my job as the outdoor ice coordinator an easy one.

As part of my job, I will analyze our past usage hours and submit a formal request to
you to use your rinks for the 2004-2005 hockey season. I look forward to working
with you during the next hockey season and will be in touch in the fall.

For most teams, outdoor ice use is an important part of their success. Thank you
again for your continued support of Centennial Youth Hockey Association and the
youth we serve, and for playing a role in our teams' success. Enjoy your summer; I
will contact you in the fall.

Sincerely,

1frlU1\1~e0

Jodi McGregor
Outdoor Ice Coordinator
Centennial Youth Hockey Association
