<br />Chain of Lakes YMCA <br />Communications Task Force Committee <br /> <br />· The Communications Task Force Committee has the responsibility to use it's <br />connections and resources to: <br /> <br />1. Promote the YMCA <br /> <br />2. Bring awareness of the development of the Chain of Lakes YMCA to the <br />community. <br /> <br />3. The focus of this committee is to educate the community about the development <br />of the Chain of Lakes YMCA and encourage them to contact the YMCA, <br />and/or make a connection with the YMCA through programs, volunteer <br />opportunities, or financial contributions. <br /> <br />4. Length of commitment is March 30 - June 15,2004. <br />Brainstorm meeting to be held <br />Tuesday, March 30,2004; 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. <br />Lino Lakes City Hall-Library <br /> <br />5. One additional meeting will be held in late April or Early May to report <br />reassess communication plan and evaluate progress. Other communication <br />will be completed via e-mail. <br /> <br />· Committee Task Force members will be asked to participate from diverse <br />locations throughout the service area. <br /> <br />· The Chain of Lakes service area consists of Lino Lakes, Centerville, <br />Circle Pines, Forest Lake, Lexington, Columbus Township, Hugo, Ham Lake, <br />Eastern Blaine, and Wyoming. <br />
