In this spirit, we are <br />happy to make this contribution for your bicycle racks. <br />In your letter dated Feb. 25th. You stated that Dead broke denied your request do to a <br />direct donation to the city. This is not correct. We denied your request do to the lack of <br />funds. (No Money)The donations we make to,others aFe subject to approval by the' State . <br />Minnesota Gambling control board. Form LG1010 is the form that our club uses to guide <br />us through our lawful purpose expenditures.
