..

Kim Stephan

From: LeBlanc, Wayne J [Wayne.LeBlanC@UNISYS.com]

Sent: Thursday, July 01, 2004 2:33 PM

To: Kim Stephan; Tom Lee; richard.anderson@spps.org; Andre Ziegler; Julie Lindsay; Kathy Peil;
Suzanne Seeley; Tedd Peterson; epaulseth@centervillemn.com

Subject: Park and Ree Budget Draft

Kim,
Please add a print of the attached two files to the Park and Rec packet. Thanks!

Ellie,
Please review the attached Excel spreadsheet for accuracy. 1 tried to take the data you provided on
April 30, 2004 and keep it in the same form you had. Ifpossible, could you provide a timeframe on
receivables Pheasant III and Hunters III (1 have it listed under Assets). Thanks!

Park and Recreation People,
Attached find a draft of the Park and Rec budget. I redid the whole thing in Excel instead of using
Word as calculations are then automatic. I kept it as simple as possible. We can add detail on
anticipated other future projects with priorities later. We can move as much or as little as we like
from the Word doc. I also attach the previous Word doc with its detail and it was last distributed, I
believe, for the May meeting (or thereabouts). Thanks!

Wayne

7/1/2004
